Performance and Feature

The surface grinding machine with vertical spindle and round table is to grind the end face of grinding wheel ,is a high efficiency,precise and stable machine tool.
The series of machine tools have made greater improvement on bed and grinding head rigidity; increase one set of electronic oil pumping system each for bottom guide rail and upright post guide rail of work bench, can pump oil automatically and oil volume is adjustable.upright post adopts three-point adjustment,compace structure,work bench is round powerful electromagnetic chuck, magnetic froce is uniform, precision is stable, power is big, electronic magnetizing and demagetizing ,and equips with coolant purification device.
The series of machine tools are mainly used for grinding blank and general precise large parts,surface roughness reaches above 0.8,and parallelism is within 0.02/1000mm
Therefore ,it is espacially suitable for grinding of large parts in metallurgy,saw balde,automobile ,tractor,tools,bearing and other industries.
