Performance and Feature

• The grinder is designed into the carriage-carrying mobile structure,with the body section in sealed outlined rectangular shape. • The circular table of the grinder is driven by the variable frequency motor through the triangle belt and thus step-less speed regulating can be realized.
• Vertical guide (shaft Y) of the grinding head is acted by the steel-embedded closed rolling guide,which is lubricated with grease and adjusted by pretension applied .In this way ,the easy movement of guide and zero gap fit precision can be guaranteed,as well as the accuracy and stability of grinding capacity.
• The grinding wheel spindle of the grinding head is acted by hydrostatic bearing ,together with a cooling-device- carrying oil supply system.It is driven directly by the built-in motor and is thus featured with low temperature rise,high precision of rotation,small friction coefficient and strong bearing capacity.
• The grinding head botains quick lifting (210mm/m) through the lead screw pair under the driving by the AC motor , it obtains also 0.0025mm (at the minimum) trace feeding from the ratchet wheel and pawl mechanism. with strong lubricants.It runs stably and shows strong abrasive resistance.The reciprocating motion of the table is realized by hydraulic transmission,while travel control maneuvering box is used in the hydraulic system.The identical resetting precision for movement of the table is controlled within eting the requirements on grinding of boss-carrying disc-shaped parts.
