Performance and Features

• This machine was a completely new design and manufacturing. It is used for long blade grinding.
• There are 2 grinding heads on this machine. The main grinding spindle power is 15kw/22kw/45kw (optional), the second grinding spindle power is 2.2kw
• The main grinding heads is placed on the vertical slide. The swing angle of the main spindle is ±3°. It is suitable for the specific blade grinding. The swing motion adopts manual operation with mechanical locking device. The locating pin is placed on the 0° position.
• The second grinding heads can make vertical movement, cross movement and swing movement. The swing angle range is ±30°. Both cross movement and swing movement adopt manual operation with mechanical locking device.
• Both two grinding heads vertical movement adopt A.C servo motor with ball lead-screw drive.
• The slide longitudinal movement adopts A.C servo motor with gear-rack drive.
• The working table rotary motion is controlled by hand-wheel manually. The rotary angle range is ±90°. The table locking device adopts hydraulic automatic locking system. The control button is placed on the machine control panel.
• The linear guide way, the ball lead-screw adopt HIWIN brand (optional) which is made in Taiwan, gear-rack device adopt German products.
• The machine is controlled by Delta PLC, with 5.7'' touch-screen and two vertical feed handwheel.

Working Accuracy

• Surface roughness ≤0.63µm 

• Equal thickness of the workpieces: overall ≤0.02mm, locate ≤0.01/1000mm

As well as can be customized according to customer's requirements.
