Performance and Features

• Machine adopts horizontal spindle and rectangular table structure with reference to the foreign high-power profile grinding machine. It is suitable for grinding precision parts with high rigidity and high stability.
• The machine can make three-axis ganged motion. There are 2 grinding wheel amounted on the spindle, so machine can use the wheel periphery for grinding 6 surfaces in 2 sets of lathe guide way.
• The vertical grinding heads is placed on the horizontal spindle axis, used for grinding the reverse side of the lathe guide-way. The diamond disc dresser is placed on the table surface.
• Longitudinal movement is driven by A.C servo motor with plantary reducer and gear-rack device. Planetary reducer is connected with the servo motor and the gear is amounted on the output side of the plan etary reducer. Gear-rack device was imported from Germany which ensure the stability of the movement.
• The materail of the bed, the table, the base of the grinding head is HT300 gray iron. The slide, the column and etc. adopt closed welding structure parts, their materail are Q235. Each of the big parts must take 2 times of stress-relieving tempering.
• Machine adopts semi-closed housing for the convenience of loading and unloading the workpiece.

Working Accuracy

• Upper guideway twist 0.02mm/overall
• Lower guideway parallelism 0.02mm/overall
• Upper guideway surface roughness Ra≤0.4µm
