Performance and Features

• The machine adopts the newly designed structure which moves direct-driven cross-beam frame. 

• Two vertical grinding head is placed on the front of the cross-beam. They can make cross feed movement, grinding the work-piece. They also can make vertical movement, used for grinding the reference plane of specific fixture. 

• The diamond dressing wheel is placed on the front part of the bed, Semi-closed guard protection, overall is rigidity. 

• All the straight movements adopt high precision linear guide ways to ensure high rigidity and motion accuracy. And all of them are driven by A.C. servo motors. One of them by no clearance gear-rack drive. The other four motions adopt ball lead-screw. 

• Two cross movements of the grinding heads adopt closed-loop control feed back using leaner encoder. 

• Both grinding heads and diamond dressing wheel adopt high precision thrust angular contact bearings and cartridge structure. Two front grinding heads ( grinding work-piece) are driven by the converter motor. The back grinding heads and dresser adopt three-phrase AC motors. 

• Clamping adopts electro-permanent magnetic chuck with 5 alignments in same specification to ensure convenience and efficiency. 

• Machine adopts SIMENS CNC unit, 5 servo axis control two grinding heads cross movements Y1, Y2 axis, two grinding heads vertical movements Z1, Z2 axis, cross-rail longitudinal movement X axis, it also equipped electric hand-wheel control.

Working Accuracy

• The parallelism between the raceway and the reference plane (Measurement is checking with dial gauge on the machine). Local: 0.01/1000mm, Overall: 0.02/4000mm .

• The parallelism between both sides of the raceway (Measurement is checking the difference of the raceway thickness) Local: 0.005/1000mm, Overall: 0.01/4000mm. 

• Surface roughness ≤0.63µm, no clear grinding waviness. 

• Critical dimension uniformity after automatically grinding a batch of guideways ≤±0.01mm.

In addition to the machine tools,  and we are processing other special purpose machine tools, such as CNC surface profile grinder, CNC guideway grinder, CNC linear guideway grinder, CNC corrugated roller grinder, CNC blade grinder, etc.  The machine tool by using special grinding wheel can process following special parts. As well as can be customized according to customer's requirements.
