2.The machine layout is: table moving T-type, table longitudinal movement as Z-axis, grinding wheel cross movement as X-axis, the above two axes adopts servo motor and ball-screw.
3. Lubrication system adopts intermittent and central lubricating method, the control system can control the oil supply, the lubricant can renew after precipitation. work-head adopts dead center, use manual way to clamp and loosen workpiece, the clamping pressure can be adjusted according to spring compress, four-sheet shell hydro-dynamic spindle is with high rigidity and accuracy.
4.The machine bed casting is with a cam for semi-closed cover, put an end for water seepage and leakage, use CNC program to realize automatic grinding to meet most of medium and small workpiece processing requirement, and it is better way to replace traditional manual operating one, reduce requirement for operator, and one operator can operate more than one machine, improve working efficiency.
