Vertical Cylinder Honing Machine MB4220
Features:
1. The machine is semi-auto type vertical honing machine, suitbale for honing of cylinder block holes, cylinder liner holes, hydraulic cylinder holes as well as other precision holes.
2. The machine enjoys simple structure, easy operation and high working accuracy.
3. Reciprocation of honing head is hydraulically driven, and rotary motion of honing head is drven by step speed changed gear.
4. Longitudinal two stations table are equipped with the machine.
5. The holes honed by the machine have the perfect geometric accuracy and surface roughness. Short stroke function can modify the holes taper.
6. The honing dia. range is 50~200mm, the max. hoing length is 1000mm.
