TX90 Valve Seat Boring Machine
Features:
1.The machine has the features of the new generation valve seat boring machine, which can
decrease cutting force by 30% during machining, making the accuracy of the multi-angle
cutter's angle within ±0.5º.
2.Machining capacity:16mm/0.63"- 50mm/1.97"
3.The modernization standard bed is suitable for the improved rigidity. The features of dynamic
and static is optimized by the computer to supply the most advanced machining technology.
4.Newly improved lighting system.
5.New worktable with pneumatic locking.
6.The integral motor spindle, controlled by vector frequency, with the two-way stepless spindle
speed of 60-1200RPM.The extremely wide range of torque setting can realize spindle rotation
setting under the conditions of the mixmum spindle speed. The digital readout display the
speed , making sure the accurate speed setting.
7.The patented designed boring head is with air-floating three-way centring system and the
integral motor spindle, which decrease the number of air-floating parts during centring. The
min. inertia boring head, and the max. air-floating capacity ensure the machine's unbeatable
sensitivity during centring.
8.High quality three-color saturation paint spraying.
