Machine Summary
- CNC deep hole drilling and boring machine is mainly for the processing of cylindrical workpiece. This machine can perform the process of drilling, boring ,expanding and roller burnishing, etc.
- The machine is equipped with CNC system. Besides machining through-hole, it can also process step hole and blind hole, etc.
- This machine is widely used in production of special cylinder, cool cylinder, hydraulic machinery, high pressure boiler tube, petro, military, electrics and airspace industries.
Performance and Features
THe deep hole drilling and boring machine is specially designed for the processing of cylindrical workpiece. The headstock drives the workingpiece rotating and the tool keeps feeding.
It can perform the process of boring, expanding and roller burbishing, etc. The machine is assemnled with PLC control system. Besides machining through-hole, it can also process step hole and blind hole.
When boring, the coolant is supplied by the oil feeder or through the end of boring bar, the chip is pushed forward out of headstock end.
The main compents and parts of the machine are made of high strength cast iron including bed body, feed carriage, box, oil feeder body and support body, etc, which ensure the machine with enough rigidity, high strength and precision retaining ability.
The guide track is treated by hardening technology and has the excellent wear-resistance and high accuracy. The feeding of the tools adopts AC servo motor to realize stepless speed regulation. The headstock spindle uses multi-gear to change the speed in a wide range.
The oil feeder can be moved and positioned along the bed body, and maintain the constant clamping force to the workpiece. The moving and clamping of oil feeder is achieved by AC servo motor driving the screw transmission system. The hydraulic system has a good control when clamping and fixing the workpiece, which makes the operation is very safe, rapid and stable.
- DBK-350 is equipped with workhead box, but isn't equipped with boring box or drilling box; DBK-350A add to boring box or drilling box on the basis of the DBK-350, so higher efficiency machining deep hole for cylindrical workpieces.

The machine consists of bed body, headstock, drilling and boring box (optional), chuck body, feed carriage, oil feeder, cooling system, chip removal device, steady rest, hydraulic system, boring bar support, motor and electrical system, CNC system, etc.
Headstock
It can Choose 12 Steps speed changing or speed variable stepless. The CNC system is equipped with GSK or SIEMENS or FANUC or other CNC system.
