Features
- The series new CNC single-column vertical turning and drilling machine adopts the international advanced design and manufacturing technology, three-dimensional modeling, finite element analysis method to optimization design, can get the best dynamic and static stiffness, implements the tool rest can accurately feed and powerful turning, drilling tool rest can accurate positioning and fast processing.
- The series machine is suitable for processing high-speed steel, tungsten carbide and ceramic cutting tool, all kinds of ferrous metal, nonferrous metal and some non-metallic material; rough and fine turning inside and outside of cylinder, circular conical surface, a variety of surfaces, groove , cutting off and drilling hole. After one clamping of workpiece, finish the process of turning and drilling, greatly improve processing efficiency of products and reduce production costs.
Joint Structure
- The column base joint behind the workbench, is the joint structure. Compact structure, good thermal stability of machine tool, good stability of precision.
- Main transmission is driven by a set horizontal-spindle servo motor, main motor and horizontal-spindle stepless gear-box can realize different turning speed by horizontal-spindle mechanism.
Spindle Structure
- Worktable adopts integrated-type, high-rigidity, high-precision and fixed-type short spindle structure, equipped with a set high-precision thrust ball bearing and a set double row cylindrical roller bearings.
- The compact structure can bear radial load, axial load and overturning moment, under overloading type elastic deformation small, to improve the precision of the rotation and loading capacity.
Tool Post
- Horizontal feed(X/U-axis) of the tool post and vertical movement of ram(Z/W-axis), AC servo motor drives ball screw rotation through reduction gear, the connenction of reduction gear and screw through coupling joint. High transmission efficient and small transmission error and high transmission precision.
Four Station Electrical Tool-Post
- High Positioning accuracy, large clamping force, large loading capacity, stable and reliable.
- The unique dovetail cutter holder, more accurate positioning, greater clamping force.
