Special Use Three Roller Plate Rolling Machine
FIRST: Ships Building (HTR-20*12500S)
Features:
S-series marine plate rolling machine, it's used to roll the radius for the shell of the boat and press the channel shape. It can be designed to different type per customer's requirement. Set the inflexibility beam at the upside of the upper roller. It has set several groups of the support roller between upper rollers and beam, and at the bottom of the lower roller to improve the stiffness of upper roller and lower roller, three rollers are driving rollers.
SECOND: Trailer (HTR-12*6500C)
Features:
C-series: The upper roller can make vertical elevation or horizontal shift. The vertical elevation is hydraulic driving, which is achieved by the action of the oil in the hydraulic cylinder on the piston; the horizontal shift is achieved through the torques from the lead screw cabinet, worm and the structure of screw and worm. The lower roller only makes rotation, providing torque for bending and rolling. On the lower side of the lower roller, there is support roller for adjustment. The upper roller is in drum shape for enhancing the straightness of the products. The machine is fit bending various cylinder bodies.
