| "SRP90S spreading the asphalt concrete surface layer materials and base stabilizing materials for the roads of various grades. With the application of advanced technologies, including micro-computer control, electric automatic leveling, malfunction self-diagnosis, and double eccentric vibration, this product features strong drive capacity, good spreading stability, uniform material supply for conveyance and distribution, high pre-compacting density, and simple operations. |
Technical Features1. To meet the customers’ demands, SRP90S multi-functional spreader is equipped with Deutz BF6M1013EC turbocharged diesel engine. Deutz BF6M1013EC turbocharged diesel engine features high reliability and durability, long life, strong power, low fuel consumption, compact structure, and low maintenance cost.2. The traveling system is controlled by independent left and right micro-computers, featuring good low-speed stability and linear driving performance.3. The wide track shoes and long ground length guarantee the sufficient traction force and traveling speed stability under all kinds of severe working conditions.4. The drive wheels, guide wheels, track rollers, carrier rollers, and tracks from domestic renowned brands are adopted to guarantee the reliability of the machine.5. Shantui’s latest generation integrated intelligent spreader control system, the intelligent spreader operation management system researched and developed on the basis of the imported EPEC controller, incorporates the automatic malfunction diagnostic system to monitor the machine.6. SRP90S series spreader is equipped with hydraulic telescoping screed. The multi-traveler structure enhances the integral stiffness of screed and the wide wear-resistant baseplate features high operating stability and operating quality.7. Four sets of independent full-hydraulic left and right material conveyance/distribution systems are adopted and the ultrasonic sensing control technology is adopted for the material level control to ensure the uniform material supply in completely proportional manner.8. The large diameter and large pitch screw distribution structure features strong distribution capability, low distribution speed, and low segregation.9. With high-strength high capacity hopper, the productivity is higher than that of like models.10. The control system capable of lateral sliding and vertical adjustment is equipped with two outward-rotating seats.11. The automatic lubrication device for whole vehicle is adopted to achieve high convenience and reliability and improve the stability of whole machine.12. The driver shelter can extend towards left and right sides to expand the control visual field.13. The advanced and reliable Dalian Deutz engine features low noise, less emission, and high environmental-friendliness and energy-saving and conforms to the Stage-II emission regulation. |
