Product Description

"SRP60T wheel spreader is one domestically leading full-hydraulic wheel spreader with the traveling mechanism of four front tires and two rear tires, featuring more reasonable weight distribution and more powerful traction force. The automated material conveyance, distribution, and leveling system achieves simple operations and good spreading quality. This machine is applicable for the constructions of asphalt surface layer material and concrete base layer stabilizing material.

Technical Features

1. Dongfeng Cummins 6BTAA5.9-C130 turbocharged engine features high quality and strong power, with the emission conforming to Euro-II emission regulation.

2. The traveling system with double-speed reducer controlled by independent left and right micro-computers is adopted, featuring good low-speed stability, maneuverability, and linear driving performance. The unique arrangement of four front tires and two rear tires achieves more reasonable force application and more powerful traction force.

3. The machine can also be equipped with optional front wheel secondary drive system to make the driving performance of the whole machine better.

4. The left and right independent control system + high accuracy material conveyance/distribution ultrasonic sensor are adopted, featuring continuously variable speed, full-automatic control, and simple operations and uniform material distribution.

5. The hydraulic telescoping screed and the continuously variable single vibration + eccentric vibration are adopted to easily achieve the required compacting degree and flatness.

6. The heater adopts the centrally controlled blowing type fuel heater, featuring simple operations and good heating performance.

7. Shantui new generation micro-computer control system takes the imported TTC controller as control unit and additionally adds the high accuracy automatic ultrasonic material conveyance/distribution device and automatic leveling device to improve the working efficiency and quality. While relieving the working strength of the driver, it can also achieve good spreading quality.

8. With high-strength high capacity hopper, the productivity is higher than that of like models.

9. Standard configuration: The contact type automatic leveling device with two longitudinal waves and one lateral wave can work under diversified working conditions, featuring stable performance and good effect.

10. The machine can be optionally equipped with the balance beams from other manufacturer.

11. The control system capable of lateral sliding and vertical adjustment is equipped with two outward-rotating seats. The automatic lubrication device for whole vehicle is adopted to achieve high convenience and reliability and improve the stability of whole machine. The driver shelter can extend towards left and right sides to expand the control visual field.
