Application

Wet pan mill advantages
Main advantages of such conical mixing grinding pan mill are: Increase the weight of grinding wheel, simultaneously reduce lifting surface area.After grinding wheels rotation, the intensity of pressure on minerals increases, reaching the purpose of increasing output(not less than 150t per 24hrs)
On the basis of original equipment,a scraper device is added tadded to keep material layer 4-5 cm.Only under this state,swaging effect is excellent.In addition,fine material can be quickly cleaned away from mill groove.
Gold method for grinding machine:
The first step: after the installation and commission of gold grinding machine, then putting 1 kg mercury into the bottom, then the machine begin to work.
The second step: every time collecting one time gold sand, when change , adding 5kg mercury into the bottom in order to collect gold sand and mercury of bottom, the place the mercury into the equipment which for collecting gold, then using a relatively high density of red cloth to wring mercury out, and open the red cloth the rest is gold sand
in the shift join five kilos of mercury charge roller, the bottom of the sands and mercury, the mercury receive into gold equipment, used a relatively high density of red cloth to mercury forced wring it out, and then open the red cloth which left is the golden sand.
Installation of grinding machine:
The first step: building a foundation about 4 m² with concrete, and making it leveling ,then put 4 square timber on the horizon.
The second step: putting gold machine rack on the timbers, the water lifting on gold grinding machine, fixed them with screw stabilization.
The third step: putting sand with 4cm thickess into the basin, making sand leveling. Then place the Nianpan (also called roller bottom runway) above the sand in the tub. Nianpan must be placed in the central of basin, which prevents the roller to deviate the track.
The fourth step: the usage and blue in the middle of the two roller core is arranged in the grinding roller disc fixed, and then 2.5 cm thick wood (top to oblique) the core ring and a grinding roll in the middle of infill, prevent grind roll in running away. The use and maintenance ways of wet pan mill:
1, after the machine works normally, starting feeding.
2, this machine is prohibited to work with material, if the machine stop , you must first clean the residual ore in the middle of mill groove and start again.
3, feeding should be uniform, not suddenly more and less, it is best to use the feeding machine.
4, bearing parts often needs to add butter, reducer must be constantly check whether the loss of gear oil.
5, often check the screws are loose or not
6, If you found that the bearing damage, must replace it in time, so as to avoid damage to other parts of shaft eccentricity
7when gold grinding machine operate, people should note that reducer or bearing parts have abnormal sound, the temperature is too high, the motor current is too large, if the above phenomenon, people should immediately stop out.
8, when overhaul the machine, ensure the safety, people must remove the motor belt.
