ZLB series asphalt recycling plant could add the wasted asphalt mixture into the mixer and produce new qualified asphalt mixture.
The recycling of asphalt concrete means milling or dig over the severe injured asphalt road, recycle the waste asphalt mixture, crush and screen the waste mixture, mix the new asphalt & aggregate together with waste mixture according to proper ratio, and produce the new asphalt mixture that meet the road construction requirement. 
The asphalt recycling plant could reduce the environment pollution of waste asphalt mixture, and also reuse the asphalt and aggregate, maximize the use of the resources, reduce the production cost for the customer.

1. Discharging outlet of drying drum is equipped with temperature measuring device;
2.the drawing fan convey the dust gas that contains bitumen smoke to the main drying drum and recycling drum
3. The whole system keep sealed and no leakage to protect environment effectively.
4. The recycling material quantity in one batch can be set as per the main control system parameter; the discharge interval and mixing time can be modified at anytime. 
5. The recycling mixture storage hopper covered with heat preservation material. The discharge door is controlled by two cylinders, thereby to control the weighing accuracy.
6. The PLC program controls the recycling material weighing and compensates the error automatically.
