I,Basal configuration
1,Cold aggregate supply system
Components:
Four aggregate hoppers and four belt feeders, Aggregate belt conveyer. Tilted belt conveyer, middle filter.
Specifications:
(1) aggregate belt feeder:
hopper volume:4*6.5m³;hopper width:3.2m;
Loading height: 3.0m; Vibrators on the hopper wall: 2×0.25kw;Belt width:500mm
Ring feeding unit Motor Power(Frequency conversion timing):4×1.5kw;
(2) Aggregate belt conveyer:
Belt width:500mm; Motor power: 4kw
(3) middle filter:No vibration in middle filter and slanting
(4) the tilted belt conveyer:
Belt width: 500mm; Motor power: 4kw
Characteristics:
(1) the aggregate belt feeder is featured with frequency conversion timing with credible capability, modularized design will be convenient for conveyance and erection;
(2) it’s equipped with pre-lubricating long-life bearings, tightening device and deflection block wheel on all rollers of belt conveyer, which will adjust tightness deflection of conveying belt; the cleaning device on conveying belt will prevent aggregates slide belts;
(3) Belt conveyer is equipped with urgent stop switch.
2. Drying drum
(1) Specifications:
Drum diameter: 1.2m,
Drum length: 5.2m;
Drum obliquity: 4° ;
Motor power: 11kW
(2) Characteristic:
The drying drum is driven by gear smoothly and evenly, outside the drum is equipped with 50mm heat preservation layer to reduce heat loss; inside the drum is fixed with diversified blades for lifting aggregates to improve heat exchange efficiency and reduce fuel consumption; discharging outlet is placed with temperature detection device.
3.Light Oil burning system
(1) Components:
A set of oil burner (fuel: diesel oil); the diesel tank will be supplied by client, a set of oil pipes;
(2) Speciation:
Oil consumption: 400kg/h;
Wind fan power: 11kw
Oil pump motor: 3kw
(3)The burner characteristics:
(1) Burner: the burner is equipped with
gas ignition device;
(2) Oil burning adjust method:

4.Hotaggregate elevator
(1)Specifications:
Motor power: 5.5kw
Hopper reinforced material: 65Mn
(2) Characteristic:
Single rows of chains with double dowels, special structure in inlet, outlet and elevating hopper to reduce the abrasion and noises.
5. Wet dust catcher system
Components:
Gravity dust catcher, A set of cyclone dust catcher, a set of water dust catcher
Rated capability: 700kg
2) Filler weighing hopper:
Model: single filler, suspending by three upholding points, with transportation fixed part;
Rated capability: 80kg
3) Asphalt weighing hopper:
Model: single filler, heat preservation, suspending by three upholding points, with transportation fixed part.
Rated capability: 50kg
Characteristic:
Accurate computation, offset could be compensatedautomatically.
(4) Mixer
Specifications:
Rated mixing capacity: 700 kg/batch;
Installed power: 30kw;
Characteristic:
1). Mixers are made from European advanced techniques and equipped with synchronizing gear and pneumatic turning door;
2). Double shafts will contrarotate,which makes the aggregate turning up and down, and ensure the mixture mixed evenly.
(5) Asphalt spraying system
Specifications:
Motor power of asphalt pump: 5.5kw
Characteristic:
It’s equipped with high pressure shower spraying deive with patent which will spray asphalt quickly and evenly by pressure, good for shortening the mixing time and improving the output.
