Machine Description
1.The machine adopts Panasonic PLC and Weinview touch screen, easy to operate.
2.Pure red copper (upper) and chromised bronze (lower), durable.
3.The cross wires feeder is controlled by new type step motor and SMC (Japan) air cylinder.
4.Helical gear reducer connect the principal axis directly, stable, suitable for high speed welding.
5.Casting water-cooling welding transformers, high efficiency. The welding degree is adjusted by PLC.
6.Panasonic (Japan) servo motor+planetary reducer and SMC (Japan) air cylinders for pulling mesh.
7.The cable carrier is Igus brand, imported from Germany, not easily hang down.
Welded roll wire mesh making machine (small diameter)
1. Both of the longitude wire and cross wire are fed from wire coils automatically.
2. The raw material is suitable for black wire, galvanized wire or stainless steel wire.
3. The middle cutter and sider cutters can be adjusted randomly to make two mesh rolls at same time.
4. The mesh roll length can be set by counter switch on the control panel.
5. The welding transformers have 8 degrees and can be adjusted for different wire diameters.
6. The welding time and welding current can be adjusted on the control panel to guarantee welding solid.
