This product belongs to my company's innovative design of drug packaging machinery, its function to reach the domestic advanced level. Applicable in the pharmaceutical, capsule health care products, food, cosmetics, medical equipment, and so on, tablets, bolus, candy, liquid, paste, disposable syringes and special-shaped material of aluminum, paper and plastic, aluminum composite sealing packaging. The machine by microcomputer program control, frequency control, touch panel operation, high degree of automation, is an ideal blister packaging equipment. Products have passed the provincial technical appraisal.
Product features
1, molding, heat sealing, batch number, indentation, blanking device all adopt mandrel positioning rack, rocking the rocking handle, various devices can on the mandrel easily mobile, the machine is provided with the scale, convenient correcting, position quickly and accurately.
2, traction manipulator, the double swing rod apparatus, increases the traction stroke adjustable range (up to 180mm), can adapt to various sizes of medicine plate packaging. Machine version of the heating, the positive pressure forming, reticulate, cylinder heat sealing, automatic feeding, automatic indentation batch number, blanking section, the operation is simple and operation is reliable.
3, positive pressure air forming and equipped with mechanical punch, ensure the blister forming crisp uniform, applicable in large dense pill, medical devices and other large size or special shapes packaging; with special automatic feeder, adapt to the ampoule, ampoules, vials of packaging, applicable range wide.
4, the main drive part adopts parallel shaft helical gear reduction box, forming, heat sealing, indentation and other molds using xiao ding positioning, pressing plate fixed, accurate positioning, easy to change the mold, save the package material.
