The best way to keep the original looks, taste and cells structure
The temperatures of Liquid nitrogen is -196 °C, which is the most ideal refrigeration medium. When it is in contact with food, the nitrogen gas will be able to take the heat of the food away in only few minutes, which maximally preserves the moisture and keep the original taste, looks and cells structure of the food. The ice crystal inside is very tiny and even, which will not break the cells after defrost and the weight loss is only 0.5%. Nitrogen gas is colorless, odorless, nontoxic, which also much safer than Freon and amino.(R22,R717,R404)
Compared to the tradition freezers, it cost less power and far more efficient. The dimension and capacity of the freezers can be customized.

3. Application:
The freezer is used for freezing vegetables ( A variety of vegetables including green peas, corn, green beans, fried or boiled potatoes, carrots or sliced mushrooms, cauliflower, peppers, tomatoes, cabbage and cut into pieces, sheets, strip ), fruits ( Apple slices, pineapple slices, strawberries, blackberries, cherries, Marin fruit, plums, apricots, purple berries, grapes) and meats ( Pork, beef, mutton, fish fillets, fish sticks, shrimp, seafood)
4. Product Advantages:
a. The freezer uses liquid nitrogen refrigerant, green and safe.
b. The lowest temperature: -150°C,the freezing rate is up to 50°C/min. Quick freezing speed will locks the moisture and nutrition, the ice crystal is tiny and even.After thawing, the products looks and taste the same as
the fresh ones.
c. Food grade stainless steel belt conveyor, good low temperature resistance. the heat insulation layer is 120mm, keeps the outside temperature is same with the room temperature.
d. Simple operation, PLC+ touch screen control, Chinese/english dual language, real time monitering the tenperature and cooling curve.
e. Factory customized cooling fans, long time service life, and keeps the temperature uniformity.
f. Special designed cleaning and maintenance door, easy for inside cleanning.
g. Multi point liquid nitrogen injection, ASCO control vavle, the consumption of liquid nitrogen is quite low, and
the temperature is even inside.
