5)Main Features of Auto Dual-directionStatic Press Sand-Lime Brick Machine:
The prestressed fastening column system causes not distortion in press machine, guarantee size density of the product.The best guidance of high and low cylinder guarantees the mould’s fine movement.
Electric oscillation material feeding device and the special designed material knife padding system ensure the raw material uniform distribution in mold cavity.
Dual-direction compressure guarantees:
a. Products with a high degree of suppression of the uniform density distribution.
b. Different specification blind hole hollow brick and the building blocks diversification produces.
c. Three times exhaust is a powerful guarantee to avoid the product presenting the stratification.
d. Long using life of the moulds.
