BSM 2015 Drying Equipments Sawdust and Wood Chips Rotary Dryer
1) Air steam rotary dryer also knows as rotary dryer it is applied for the solid raw material which has flow ability.
2) It is make heat intermediate (air, inert gases, gas or other hot gas) and raw material solid granule contact directly
3) This plant is widely applied for dispersed raw material drying.
4) Hot air generator, burn coal and burn biomass/biofuel,supply clean hot flue gas, clean hot flue gas can be used to dry all kinds of raw materials.
5) Temperature of hot air(flue gas) ranges from 50deg.C1000deg.C. Heat output capacity ranges from 500000--20000000kcal/hr

Working principle and usage:
1.bucket elevator;it is used for transporting dried material into the feeder.
2.feeder;it is used to send the material into the rotary drier silo.
3.feeder cover: it can keep materials not leaking and maintain the temperature of pulp.
4.drum dryer: the dryer rotates slowly by motor power to heat material evenly.
5.lifting plate:through the rotating of transfer cylinder and the mixing of the lifting plate, the materials are heat ed fully and the water is evaporated.
6.dust collector cyclone;the dust generated by the mixing of the dried material in the warehouse was discha rged out through dust fan and dust collector cyclone, this drying way is environmental.
7.discharging cover,maintain the temperature in the silo, discharge the dry materials orderly.
8.Rotary discharging feeder: The dry materials are transported on the belt conveyor through rotary dischargi ng feeder.
9.belt conveyor;the dried materials are transported into product stock by the belt conveyor or directly bulked.
