Rotary dryer is a machine that is able to process large quantities of materials and the advantages include reliable operation, elastic running principle, strong adaptability and big processing capacity. Rotary dryer is generally suitable for drying granular materials and has good drying effect especially when drying sand, river sand and quartz sand in building material, chemistry and casting industry.
The rotary drum drier is a type of industrial drier employed to reduce or minimize the liquid moisture content of the material. The drier is made up of a large, rotating cylindrical tube, usually supported by steel beams. The drier slopes slightly so that the discharge end is lower than the material feed end in order to convey the material through the dryer under gravity.
A rotary dryer machine is mainly composed of cylinder, front roller ring, back roller ring, gear, catch roller, riding roller, pinion, discharging part, lifting board, reducer, motor, hot air pipe, feeding chute and blast furnace. In addition, according to the specific need of the customers, it can also be equipped with gas generator, combustion room or bucket elevator, belt conveyor, quantitative feeder machine, cyclone dust collector and air inducing machine.

Function Of Rotary Drier:

By gas: it means use the gas as the fuel to provide hot air for the rotary drier, then gas burner is necessary.
