1. Introduction Of IP65 MPPT Solar Pumping Inverter with utility grid or generator as complementary / pass by
The output of JNTECH Solar Pumping Inverter is AC 3 phase, so the pump is no need special solar pump. It is normal 3 phase AC pump.
there are two series of JNTECH solar pumping inverter, 220V-240V and 380-460V. Low voltage serie
inverter range from 1.5kw to 4kw. High voltage range from 2.2kw to 55kw until now. The R&D department
are researching 75kw to 110KW solar pumping inverter now.
2. Features of Solar Pumping Inverter:
- Soft start controlling in rush current, to avoid motor burning.
- IP65 design for outdoor application.
- System MPPT range for 220V-240 is 150-400V, 380-460V is 460-850V.
- No need derate the power capacity for pump matching. The matching power with pump is 1:1.
- 3 years warranty for solar pump inverter.
- Complete system protection function and long lifespan.
- Visual LCD based indications, DC switch inside.
- Support Utility grid or generator work as pass by or complementary, working time 24hours per day.
3. Solar pump system introduction
JNTECH Solar pumping system consists of Solar Panels, AC Power Source, JNTECH PowerPack, Solar Pumping Inverter, 3 phase AC pump and storage device.
PowerPack worked as power supplement during the whole Solar Water Pumping System, which allows the pump to be powered by an AC generator or commercial utility power, besides of solar energy. Powerpack can keep the system working 24 hours per day, and produce a great flow rate than you will see with only solar power.
The solar array remains connected. If the sun comes out again, less power is drawn from the AC source.
A common application is for diesel generator or unstable regions of utility grid. When the sun irradiation is insufficient, just switch on the AC power source, which will work as supplement; And even at night, AC power source can work as pass by.
