Machine working flow: steel coil-- decoiling-- cutting& coil head welding--stacking-up of decoiled material- pipe forming--HF welding--remove outside scraps-- cooling-- diameter sizing-- straightening-- flying cutter-- finished welded pipe
This equipment is specially used for producing high-frequency stright seam welded pipe and corresponding square pipe and special-shape pipe. The composition of equipment is from decoiler to fixed length cutting saw. Rolling speed can be adjusted cprrespondingly within suitable range of pipe diameter and wall thickness.
