♦Introduction:
PP String Wound Filter Cartridge is stringed by the 100% food grade Polypropylene thread symmetrically. The filter cartridge contains no wetting agents, solvents, antistatic agents or binders, its function is similar to the PP sediment filter, while it is steadier. Each micron rate has string pattern to ensure the filtration effect. This filter cartridge is suitable for the various size and filtration in the industrial water treatment, apply to liquid filtration in the field of petroleum, chemical, electronic, electroplating, medicine and food production. According to the requirements, various size and filtration precisions are available for option.
1.Matertals Structure:
The filtrating core is, ade up of pp textile fibers, and circlingbased on specific density,
then filtrating hole coming into being, the fibers circles the frame strucre of multi-hole pp.
2.Filtrare Precise:
0.5–100 μm (nominal precise)
3.Features:
Low cost, deep filtrate, large flux, Wide chemical acceptance, long usage life, can effectively remove the suspending granule, rusts.
4.Working Condition
Working Temperature: <60°C
Working Differential Pressure: ≤0.2mpa ~ ≤0.5mpa (compression resistance)
Flux: 1T-2T/h (under0.2Mpa)
