1. Product introduction

This filter can be installed directly on the valve block, it makes the system more compact,

and the space is saved and has the small flow resistance, high pressure resistance etc. characteristics,

which can meet the various application requirements from the customers (Can replace Hydac valve block mounted pressure filter).

Filter basic construction

The filter is composed of matching filter element and spin-on housing; there is drainage steel plug at the bottom of the filter.

5.  Product characteristic curves           

The total filter assembly pressure drop is the sum of housing and element pressure drop,filter selection calculated as per the following curves.

 

5.1 Housing pressure drop / flow rate characteristic curves 

Housing pressure drop /flow rate characteristic curves are according to ISO3968, and suitable for the mineral oil with density 0.86 kg/dm³ and kinematic viscosity 30 mm²/s.

5.2 Differential pressure / flow characteristic curves of filter element

The characteristic curves of filter element are suitable for the mineral oil with kinematic viscosity 30 mm²/s. Differential pressure and viscosity is proportional.
