Wheel blocks are KFCS's range of products with practically unlimited potential applications: storage and retrieval machines, portal cranes or stadium roof – our wheel blocks can get practically anything heavy moving. The rigorously modular system is designed for wheel loads from 500kg to 40 t. from six wheel diameters: 112, 125, 160, 200, 250, 315, 400 and 500 mm.
A wheel block system is a rail-mounted crane component that comprises a set of wheels and a frame to support the load during movement. The system can handle loads up to 40 tons, and the wheels can have a diameter of up to 500 mm. Besides crane accessories, the wheels can also be deployed for moving heavy loads.

We offer eight different sizes of wheel blocks that are graded finely and can bear loads of up to 40 tonnes per wheel. These wheel blocks are suitable for a wide range of applications, including helicopter landing pads, cranes, trolleys, systems building, custom applications and special constructions.
