GE50ET 2RS series self-lubricating radial spherical plain bearing
The characteristics and performance parameters:
1, Material: the inner and outer rings are bearing steel(GCr15).
2, Heat Treatment: the inner and outer rings are all quenched . The outer ring are phosphating , and the inner ring surface are chrome-plating.
3, Structure: The outer ring has an axial slot.Sealing rings are attached on the both of the sides.The inside surface of the outer ring is stuck with a layer of PTFE fabric.
4, Performance Characteristic: It has the advantages of self-lubricating, abrasion resistance, self aligning and low friction. It is suitable for dusty enviroment , and applies to the machine which requires heavy radial load and axial load in a small-range direction.
