RCYG Pipeline Permanent Magnet Dump Iron Remover
Overview:
Pipeline permanent magnet dump iron remover is a new type energy saving high efficient automatic iron removal equipment. This equipment is installed after the grinding head, tail, classifier, and before the rolling machine, packaging machine of the material transfer pipe. When material pass through the pipeline, iron impurities of the mixed material can be separated automatically. It not only improves the purity of cement powder, reduces maintenance costs, but also more effectively protects subsequent equipment of continuous and stable operation.
This equipment is widely used in cement, power, chemical, iron and steel, metallurgy, ceramics, tiles, glass, food and other industries. It is the first choice of pipe material handling iron remover equipment.
Technical Features:

Working Principle:
The device is concatenated to 50°to 70°conveying pipeline. When the material passes through the iron remover in the magnetic system, the iron impurities of it are to be captured and with the movement of the magnetic systemtoward taphole, achieving the goal of automatic discharge of iron.
