Principle of work of wood pellet making machine:
Based on the circular motion,motor or diesel engine powered,driven gear passed to spindle and flat die,cause the clamping roller rotation under the friction force function. Under the pressure of clamping roller,raw material is squeezed from the die hole.Adjusting the cutter to change the pellets length and after flings the material plate to arrive the discharge hole.

Main features are as follows of wood pellet making machine:

2 Powder feed, do not add water or little water granulation can be carried out. The moisture content of pellets smaller, more conducive to storage.
3 Grain hardness, surface finish, internal curing fully, can improve digestion and absorption of nutrients. So pathogenic microorganisms and parasites can be killed,be suitable for feeding rabbit,fish,duck and experimental animals.
4 The models has1.5~20 various diameter dies,be suitable for granulation of different materials and get the best results.

The final size is Dia 6,8,10,12mm for the sawdust pellet , and 2mm, 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, etc.for animals food.
