Features
1. Unique retaining plate design, there are equipped with 5 up and down staggered retaining plates inside the sewage bucket of the wet concrete reclaimer, on the progress of sewage flowing to the outlet, the sand will be blocked down by the lower part of the retaining plate and the vertical offset retaining plate design will continue to change the direction of flow, it will also slow down the water speed, more conductive to sediment the sand, thus, the overflowed slurry is not easy to take our of the sand.
2. Unique air seal bearing design, the bearing is put in the internal of the hollow shaft and sealed inside, the the case of axis tilt working, slurry cannot enter inside of the hollow shaft on the effect of air pressure, so that the bearing and slurry can completely be separated, avoiding the corrosive effects of slurry, and reduced the clogging and wear to the bearing from the particles in the slurry, service life is greatly extended.
