Introduction of  PE series  Jaw Crusher 

Jaw crusher, whose reduction ratio up to 4-6 and the finished products are even, can be widely used in breaking hard, medium-hard, soft ore, such as various kinds of ore, the solvent, slag, building stones, marble,etc. compression strength does not exceed 320Pa.

Working Principle of   PE series   Jaw Crusher 

 

The motor drives the belts and the belt wheels, and makes the movable jaw move up and down through the eccentric shaft, when the movable jaw descends, the angle between the fixed jaw and movable jaw becomes smaller, and the materials can be crushed; when the movable jaws, the angle between the fixed jaw and the movable jaw becomes bigger, and the movable jaw plates leaves from the fixed jaw by the function of the tension rod and the spring. And then the crushed materials are discharged from the lower outlet of the crushing chamber.
