Hammer crusher main function:
The hammer crusher is used for crushing common brittle ore such as limestone, argillaceous siltstone, shale, gypsum and coal, etc., and also for crushing the mixture of limestone and clay. The machine has the characteristics of big feeding size, high crushing ratio. The materials with grain size 600 ~ 1800 mm can be crushed to less than 25mm or 20mm at one time. breaking up to the extent of granularity into the grinding at a time. It make previous process system of multi-section crushing simple to be crushed at one time.
Advantages of single-stage hammer crusher are as following:
- Big reduction ratio:Maximum feeding size is 1.3-1.5m;3-150mm of discharging size.
- High fineness of discharging size: favorable shape with aggregate, the powdery meterial is no more than 20%.
- Simple process: the two or three shape crushing is reduced inti single stage.
- Economical: small capacity of matched motor, which freatly reduces the production cost.
