The advantages of this boron ore cruser are reliable structure,high efficiency,easy –to-adjust and economical.The safety spring system is the overload protection device,which makes foreign material goes through the machine without bring any hurt to it .The sealing modes are oil and water,which separate the stone powder and lubricating system.The crushing chamber is decided by the purpose of ore the standard model is suitable for medium crushing: the medium model is suitable for medium and fine crushing and the short head model is suitable for fine crushing.
When boron ore crusher works, eccentric shaft sleeve rotation drived by flexible coupling, transmission shaft and a pair of spiral bevel gear, which drived by motor, crushing cone axis do rotary pendulum motion under the force of eccentric shaft sleeve, make the crushing wall and rolling mortar wall sometimes close, sometimes far away, and the ore in the crushing cavity continually squeezed, impact and bending and crushing.
