Hammer crusher in the process of ball mill iron ore
This type hammer crusher is suitable for the crushing of medium hardness and brittle materials in mining, cement, coal, building material, road and chemical industry. The materials can be coal, coal gangue, salt, chalk, gypsum, bricks or tiles, limestone, feldspar and so on.
Working principle,
The main working parts is rotor with hammer head. Rotor consists of main shaft, disk, disc, axis pin and a hammer head. The motor drives the rotor to rotate with a high speed in the crushing cavity. From the upper materials are fed into the machine, and they are grinded and crushed by hit, impact, cut and grind of the high-speed hammer head. There is a sieve at the bottom of the rotor, the qualified final products are discharged from sieve, and others stay above the sieve, hit and grind, until their size is small enough to get through the sieve.
