Vitrum ™ is our proprietary titanium Dioxide (TiO2) glassing process applied in a 3-coat, 1-fire (3c1f) process procedure. Vitrum is also produced in a 3-coat, 2-fire (3c2f) process primarily when special colors are requested or thicker layers of glass are required.
Vitrum technology combines the outstanding chemical and phtsical resistant of titanium dioxide-enhanced (TiO2) glass with a highly engineered,ultra-fine glass bubble structure for durability and flexibility. Vitrum glass-fused-to-steel coating rang from 7-15mils/180-380 microns exterior and 10-18mils/260-460 microns interior in thickness.

After all of the steel tanks are qualifiedwe will pack the good. It can make sure all of our enamel sheets, will be in good condition to come to our customers.
