1. Introduction of QT10-15 concrete brick machine price block making machine
QT10-15 block making machine is suitable to produce a variety of bricks including fixed standard brick, hollow block, solid brick, paver, interlock brick and other concrete bricks. Adopting sub-storage device and independent storage hopper, this machine can overcome the liquefaction of concrete defects in advance, and ensure the quality of the finial products. It can automatically operate the whole set, from material feeding to finish products output.
2. Constituent parts of QT10-15 concrete brick machine price block making machine

Batching Plant: This is the starting point of the Production process. It consists of three loading bins and one weighing bin. It also contains belt conveyors to convey materials from loading binsto weighing bin. Batching and weighing is done by PLC control. We can load three different typesof material into the loading bin.

Concrete Mixture Machine: All the ingredients are mixed in this mixture machine. The mixing timeand speed is controlled by PLC. The inbuilt water pump adds water to the mix automatically, asper requirement.

Block mold machine:This is the key of the production line.It can press the mixed material.It can make various hollow block,solid brick,paving brick and curbstone.

Screw Conveyor: (Optional fitment loading bins of the This is instrumental for transporting Fly Ashfrom the silos(optional fitting) or cement hopper (optional fitting) to the Batching Plant.

Conveyor Belt: When the Batching plant’s weighing bin trips according to the PLC control, the material comes to this conveyor belt. The material is then carried to the Mixture Machine.
- Stacker: Stacker is used to lay the block automatically,it is high efficient and labor saving
- The sand and gravel and other raw materials will be conveyed by the loader into batching machine, measured by electronic meter and burdening according to the computer storage formula (or random adjustment). After measurement, the material will be conveyed by the conveyor into the hopper of concrete mixer machine, and be conveyed into concrete mixer.
- The cement and flyash will be sconveyed by the screw conveyor into cenment and fly ash measure system severally, and be conveyed into concrete mixer in the end. Then water enter in concrete mixer according to the water cement ratio design.
- After mxing corresponding period, the mixing material will be conveyed into storage hopper of block machine by belt conveyor. Then the mixing material will be sent to the mould by the distributing device.
- Centrifugal force produced by the rotation of distributing shaft fabric would send the material to feeding box forcibly, the distributing device returned after feeding. discharge head goes down and at the same time start the vibrator vibration, and vibration compression.
- After moulding, lifting the molding box and the finished product will be extruded and sent to the brick conveyor, after cleaned by the brick face sweeper cleaning machine, the finshed product will be sent to palletizing machine, curing chamber by the forklift in the end.
