1. Introduction of QT8-15A foam concrete block making machine
QT8-15A block machines controlled by PLC system.By operating its computer interace.the random signal analysis,fault diagnosis and parameter setting-up of all kind of materials can be achieved easily.
For the electro-hydraulic proportional valve is used in its vibrating system.the material-feeding with low frequency and the shape-vibrating with high frequency have been achieved. At the same time installed the Board said devices on the vibration table. And its low 1-1.55mm than the vibration table. When the vibration box drop ,the Board said devices will stand the pallets so that will reduce the pressing of vibration box and increase the vibration force .To build a higher density of block and also will contral the higher of the produces.within the error 1mm. Its rake –feeding system mounter with multirow of stirring forkscan quickly and evenly discharge the materials into the moulding box. According to the produces,its will can changed the the moulds .all kinds of blocks.standard bricks,cellular bricks.grass planting titles,decoration bricks . pavement bricks.ect.can be manufactured,with an annual production capacity of 70.000 cubic meters.

3. Working Principle of QT8-15A foam concrete block making machine
- The sand and gravel and other raw materials will be conveyed by the loader into batching machine, measured by electronic meter and burdening according to the computer storage formula (or random adjustment). After measurement, the material will be conveyed by the conveyor into the hopper of concrete mixer machine, and be conveyed into concrete mixer.
- The cement and flyash will be sconveyed by the screw conveyor into cenment and fly ash measure system severally, and be conveyed into concrete mixer in the end. Then water enter in concrete mixer according to the water cement ratio design.
- After mxing corresponding period, the mixing material will be conveyed into storage hopper of block machine by belt conveyor. Then the mixing material will be sent to the mould by the distributing device.
- Centrifugal force produced by the rotation of distributing shaft fabric would send the material to feeding box forcibly, the distributing device returned after feeding. discharge head goes down and at the same time start the vibrator vibration, and vibration compression.
- After moulding, lifting the molding box and the finished product will be extruded and sent to the brick conveyor, after cleaned by the brick face sweeper cleaning machine, the finshed product will be sent to palletizing machine, curing chamber by the forklift in the end.
