Founded before we already have a wealth of rope production experience, on the basis of long time rope productions, we setup new factory in 2006, which manufactures plastic machines relevant with rope production. Therefore, we can provide you with high-quality machines, meanwhile, we can help to supply solution suggestions for some problems appeared during your rope production according to our years of production experience. Machine details :
1. Matched with meter counter. When machine reach to setup digit, machine will stop automatically.
2. Circuit protection: general control switch for motor, buttons for start and stop.
Machine operation :
1. Adjust twist via changing shafting fork direction.
2. Adjust finished ball pattern via changing gear.
3. Adjust finished ball size via adjust axle angle.
Finished products :
1. PP split film, twine with jute, sisal, cotton, plastic material and thin rope are available.
2. Finished ball weight: 50-4000g according to different machine models.
3. Ball diameter: 10-25cm.
Service :
Installation and testing
We dispatch engineer go abroad for installation and testing machine until machine working successfully when machine reach to buyer's factory, or according to buyer's arrangement.
Buyer should take the responsibility for engineer's round-journey ticket, room and board there, cost for visa, and arrange a translator. If need engineer supply train, buyer should pay salary winding machine60 per day.
Customer's service
Warranty period of one year. Within one year the main components of the machine problems, we provide replaced spare parts (except for the improper operation of the buyer); if technical problem can be solved by buyer, we can supply solution by email or phone. For operating problem occurred during production, you can contact with us at any time.
