This machine is suitable for making ropes with Nylon, PE, PP, etc. It consists of rope making device and strand making device, and can produce rope with Dia.4-28mm after continuous operation once and omit extra working steps from strand making to rope making, thereby the production efficiency is greatly improved. Rope making machine details:

1. Adopting frequency inverter to adjust speed.

2. One motor control both strand making and rope making. Or can choose two motors controlling system.

3. Cycloid device to adjust rope pattern.

4. Chain or belt transmission system can be chosen.

Rope making machine operation:

1. Put yarn bobbins on machine, and choose bobbins' quantity according to finished rope diameter.

2. Adjust strands and rope twist by exchange gears.

3.Before take rope off, tie rope coil with thin string.

Rope making machine finished product:

1. Twisted or double twisted rope can be made.

2. PE monofilament, PP split film, Dan line yarn, polyester yarn, jute, cotton yarn are available.

Installation and testing

We dispatch engineer go abroad for installation and testing machine until machine working successfully when machine reach to buyer’s factory, or according to buyer’s arrangement.

Buyer should take the responsibility for engineer’s round-journey ticket, room and board there, cost for visa, and arrange a translator. If need engineer supply train, buyer should pay salary $60 per day.

Customer’s service

Warranty period of one year. Within one year the main components of the machine problems, we provide replaced spare parts (except for the improper operation of the buyer); if technical problem can be solved by buyer, we can supply solution by email or phone. For operating problem occurred during production, you can contact with us at any time.
