Clear water and healthy fish for the pond are surely the expectations for pond keepers, but also the reason and ultimate goal for us to research and produce our Bio-filtration. If you intend to build a KOI pond or fish pond of any kind, a pond filter is absolutely essential.
Pond filter is very different with swimming pool filter. Our Bio-filtration is designed to purify pond water by removing waste products created by the fish and converting the dissolved toxic nitrogenous waste to harmless compounds.
The fish pond filter contains specific bacteria which works 24 hours per day doing this biological cleaning inside the pond filter. The section on bio media or pond filter media is particularly important for those people who want to construct their own homemade pond filter or in fact already have homemade pond filter. A DIY pond filter can be improved dramatically using specific pond bio media like medical stone. Compared with other pond filters, our Filter are smaller and easier to clear, and with better bio media and filtration performance.
