Ammonia nitrogen absorption tower
Working principle:
Ammonia nitrogen absorption tower is two-phase reverse flow packing absorption tower, generally use the twin towers, in order to improve the string running the recovery concentration ammonia.Ammonia from tower body below into the purification tower,Under the dynamic function of the ventilator, quickly filled with intake segment space, then evenly through all flow stage 1 filler rose to absorb section. In packing surfaces, gas phase ammonia and liquid water or sulfuric acid produces chemical reaction, the reactions produce NH3 - OH, (NH4) 2SO4, and into the lower storage liquid trough.Not completely absorbed ammonia gas continue to rise into the first level spray section.In spray section, absorbing liquid from uniform nozzle high-speed jet, form numerous small droplets are fully mixing, and gas contact, continue to produce chemical reaction, then ammonia rise to level 2 filler piece,proceed absorption process similar to the first level .
Performance characteristics:
(1) high absorptivity. Ammonia nitrogen uptake recovery tower adopt two-stage reverse spray, packing high spicific surface, and the absorption efficiency of ammonia can reach 85% ~ 95%.(2) equipment resistance is low.(3) occupies a small area.
