Product Description
Pipe type screw conveyor
Material-filling rate inside the pipe is steady. Conveying amount can be controlled through adjusting conveying speed. The materials are filled evenly. This conveyor is suitable for conveying powder type and guanule type materials.
Structure features
- double screw auto shift for rotation and reversal to prevent stuff jam realized by operator terminal and PLC programmable control.
- adopting left-right rotation direction screw with no central shaft design, capable for anti winding and jam
- low speed with large torque, low power variable frequency modulation speed reducer with lower energy consumption
- enhanced design at the bottom of the blades, suitable for large torque conweying and prevent screw distortion
- seal design for the outlet, capable for wind block, less pollution, less thermal loose.
