High-temperature material shaftless screw conveyor system
Head bearing is installed outside of the casing. Head bearing and speed reducer are connected shrough shaft coupling. When high temperature materials are being conweyed, bearing is affected by high temperature very little. In this way, life span of speed reducer is prolonged.
Structure features
- double screw auto shift for rotation and reversal to prevent stuff jam realized by operator terminal and PLC programmable control.
- adopting left-right rotation direction screw with no central shaft design, capable for anti winding and jam
- low speed with large torque, low power variable frequency modulation speed reducer with lower energy consumption
- enhanced design at the bottom of the blades, suitable for large torque conweying and prevent screw distortion
- seal design for the outlet, capable for wind block, less pollution, less thermal loose.
