Introduction of flat die pellet mill:
1. .The diameter of final pellets is normal 4-12mm; the pellet length can be adjusted
according to your need.
2.Especially for crude fiber biomass materials, its adhesive is very low, needs high
pressure to press high density pellets, for biomass, flat die pellet machine is more fit.
3.It is used to process fuel pellets, with large compactness and high fuel value.
4.The size of infeed materials to pellet machine should be less than 5mm;
the moisture 15%-20% is suitable.
5.Our Flat Die Wood Pellet Mill is newly developed energy saving equipment.
The finished products are smooth in surface and shapely in posture. Its hardness
