Fish Meal Production Machine 

 

1. Raw material and capacity

Raw material: raw fish or fish fillet and scraps( fish head, fish bones, fish offals), etc

Capacity of raw fish: 300kg/hour
Capacity of fish meal: 70-80kg/hour

Final product: skimmed fish meal
Moisture of final product: less than 12%

Note: usually the capacity of fish meal is based on fish type and fish quality

Raw material -> cooking and pressing -> drying -> skimmed fish meal

1) heating method: electrical heating of thermal oil 200°C

3) processing method: cooking, pressing, drying
