Sawdust dryer refers to using screw conveyor to continuously add the powder shap wet sawdust into dry pipe.
Description:
Sawdust dryer refers to using scew conveyor to continuously add the powder shap wet sawdust into dry pipe. In conveying and dispersing of high speed heat flow, make wet raw materials moisture evaporate, get powder or granular products drying process. It is mainly made up by air heater, feeder, air flow drying tube, cyclone sepearator, fen etc.
Features:
1. stong drying strength, as the materials in the air flow is high dispersion, particles' total area is the effective area of drying
2. Short drying time.
3. Airflower dryer has features of simple structure, small floor areas, easy to build and maintain.
4. Large handling capacity and high thermal efficiency. When drying togethre with water, thermal efficiency can reach 60%.
Applcation:
Air flow sawdust dryer is widely applicable to straw press block fuel, charcoal machinery , sawdust pellet fuel, sawdust press block, wheat straw drying, sorghum culm drying, wood drying, wood chips drying, sawdust drying, mulberry leaves drying etc, agricultrual cellulose category etc, materials.
More introduction:
1 Sawdust dryer is mainly to dry biomass or fertlizer powder materials, at max feed 15mm dimension materials, it has changeable speed rotary drum, which can dry high humidity materials, such as factory waste.
2 Sawdust dryer drum rpm can be controlled according to raw materials humidity. if humidity is larege, then can control feeding speed and drum RPM lower to make longer drying time, then can control feeding speed and drum RPM lower to make longer drying time.
3 Sawdust dryer system has temperature adjusting equipment between stove and dryer, which can adjust the hot air tempeature before feeding to drum according to aw materials humidity, after adjusting, then feed to dryer drum.
4 Sawdust dryer has two ways to discharge materials, one is to outlet fromrotary drum bottom, it is mainly fit for large weight ratio materials, the other is to outlet materials from cyclone bottom, which mainly fits for ligh ratio materials,on one hand with high drying efficiency, on the other hand clean dust.
