Rotary drum dryer for sale is mainly used to drying wet materials in building constuciton, metallurgy, chemica industries, ad it can dry various materials with strong adaptability. Besides, it is common drying device in cement plant with simpel and reliable operation.
In our compamny, this series applies the new type scatter palte device: it can guide direciton, flow on an average and scatter the materiala andso on. And it can make the materail in the thin, average and complete condition. Contact the heat airflow compeltely and use the heat energy fully. Moreveer, it adopts resonable operational parameter, and compared with generatl drier, it reduce the caol and power consumtion above 10-15% and increase the output above 10-15%. it is widely used in cement and mining industries and biomass lies too.
Rotary drum dryer machien is mainlyu to dry biomass fertlizer power materaials, at max feed 15mm dimension materails changeable spped rotary drum, which can dry high humidity materials, such as to dry biomass from sawdust straw stalk etc for factory use.
Rotary drum dryer machine drum RPM can be controlled according to raw materails humidity if humidity is large then can control feeding speed and drum RPM lower to make long drying time. The longer drum ensure high heat use efficiency.
Rotary drum dryer machine has two ways to discharge materials, one is to outlet from rotary drum bottom, it is mainly fit for larege weight ratio materials, the other is to outlet materails from cyclone bottom, which mainly fits for light ratio materials. On one hand with hig drying efficieceny, on the other hand to clean dust.
