Wood carbonization kiln is our new invent, which is also combined type. this kind of carbonization stove are included three inner stove, when one inner stove are finished,  it can be hoisted outside,.  And when the first inner stove are cooling , the other inner stove can be carbonized at the same time, in this way the cooling time can be reduced much, thus, the productive efficiency increase a lot .This type of stove adopts the structure of unique air storage chamber, to fully reuse the smoke produced during the process of carbonization. And the redundant smoke can be used in drying and carbonizing, saving much fuel during the whole process, and increasing the enterprise revenue.

Structure of Wood carbonization kiln

 1. heating parts includes three heating room , furnace body and heat keeping layer and the drought fan 

2. carbonizing parts: consist of four carbonizing tubes, Both of them are made of the heat resistance thermal steel, under the 

drive of the machine

3. gas recycle part: When during the process of carbonizing, there will be some smoke.( can be burning) the smoke can return to the

furnace through tube for purifying, after purification , the gas recycle tubes can be flow into the heating room of the main furnace for 

heating the machine again,

4.Smoking purification parts  ( in this machine, there are  two purification  tank, the first one to purify the smoking ( can not burning ), 

and the other one are used to purification the gas smoking when the working process, The smoking through the purification system 

will become water vapor, and it will not pollute the air.

5. controlling parts, the whole machine we will equip one electrical control box to control the three electrical motors.

How to work about Wood carbonization kiln  ?

When one inner stove have been finished carbonization, we will use the hoisting tools to hoist the inner stove out of the outer stove, then put down the inner stove on earth for natural cooling,  at the same time, we can put another inner stove into the outer stove for the second carbonization,which will save a lot of time, so the productivity increase a lot, it is the ideal choice for mass production of charcoal
