Dry-mixed mortar 3 Pass Rotary Drum Drying Machine used in foundry industry used in asphalt mixing plant  used for drying certain humidity range granular materials, such as

1.casting sand which used in dry-mixed mortar and foundry industry

2.small granular clay used in construction and cement industry

3.small granular material in chemical industry which no chemical change, not afraid of heat and dust pollution 

such as coal, blue carbon, fly ash, sand, water slag, river sand, quartz sand, slag, clay etc.

Raw material with 10-25% moisture content is suitable for this dryer,and not sticky for the drum or lifting blade. The temperature of air flow is less than 70 degree. When there is any special requirement for high temperature drying, the front part of inner drum and lifting blade could be replaced by heatproof steel plate. The product moisture content is adjustable according different requests, even below 1-0.5%.

1.        The dryer drum made of wear resistant manganese plate, service life 3-4 times than common steel plate

2.        Original moisture contain <15%, after drying final moisture contain 0.5-1%.

           First choice for cement slag powder, pre-mixed mortar projects.
